ABOUT SHIPPING...
we currently do not ship internationally due to the fees getting astronomically....expensive. if you are based outside the US and would be interested in buying from our shop, so long as you are open to paying a reasonable shipping fee or are just curious as to how much it might be to ship to your country, please contact us and we can maybe arrange something for you!
ready-to-ship products will typically ship out within 2-3 days. anything made to order may take a couple days up to a week depending on personal schedules and travel plans. we are only two people running this showbiz so please be patient with us. thank you!
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
You may cancel any order of any quantity within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us and provide your name and order number if you would like to request a cancellation.
We only accept exchanges and returns on a case-to-case basis.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong color or size, so please order carefully! If a return is agreed upon between both parties, any costs relating to the return will need to be the customer's respossibility, unless we, Garbo Guts, are at fault.
Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as post office handling is beyond our control. If you believe you have provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP. Our inbox is always open for any questions or concerns!
