ABOUT SHIPPING...
we currently do not ship internationally due to the fees getting astronomically....expensive. if you are based outside the US and would be interested in buying from our shop, so long as you are open to paying a reasonable shipping fee or are just curious as to how much it might be to ship to your country, please contact us and we can maybe arrange something for you!
this does not apply to any international orders placed in person at a Garbo Guts table/stall that is physically present within a convention or market. meaning that if you place an in-person order to be shipped internationally with Garbo Guts at a convention/market, this shipping fee will be waived for the customer.
ready-to-ship products will typically ship out within 2-5 days. anything made to order may take a couple days up to a week depending on personal schedules and travel plans as we are regularly away from homebase aka where orders get shipped out of. just remember it's only one person running this showbiz so please be patient with me! thank you!!
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
You may cancel any order of any quantity within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us and provide your name and order number if you would like to request a cancellation.
We only accept exchanges and returns on a case-to-case basis.
Once the package has been dropped off to the postal service, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong color or size, so please order carefully! If your order hasn't been marked as shipped yet, you may still have a chance to contact us and make a correction or change to the order.
If a return/exchange is agreed upon between both parties, any costs relating to the return will need to be the customer's responsibility unless we, Garbo Guts, are at fault. This includes covering any shipping costs and other fees that involve the return/exchange process.
Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as post office handling is beyond our control. Depending on the circumstances, Garbo Guts may decide to compensate you, but please don't count on this. If you believe you have provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP, as this cannot be fixed once the order has been dropped off to the postal service.
